——— Lusaka in Depth Innovations-LID is set to launch an Ebola stimulation drill in Zambia aimed at raising awareness on Ebola in the country.
LID Director Mr Jonathan Nkhata said the Ebola stimulation drill will take place in March as an exercise to help provide more awareness and indicate the readiness for Zambia in the awareness, equipment and response system.
This is contained in a statement issued to ZANIS by Mr Nkhata in Lusaka today.
Mr Nkhata explained that the exercise will encourage people not to shake hands or hug each other on a day to be announced by the organisation.
He further explained that the exercise will also highlight the number of people that have died from Ebola and countries that have been affected.
LID Director said everyone is welcome to help save lives especially that the project is wholly Zambian and is about all citizens.
