Man, 25, commits suicide
Luwingu, January 13, 2015, ZANIS- – A 25 –year- old man of Kopu village in Chief Chipalo’s area has committed suicide by hanging himself in a nearby bush for unknown reasons.
ZANIS reports that both police sources and relatives of the deceased have confirmed the development in Luwingu district today and named the man as Kennedy Sinyangwe who was found hanging to a tree by some passer-by.
The Police sources said Sinyangwe was found dead by the villagers who were going to their maize fields yesterday and immediately reported the matter .
The sources said Sinyangwe was last seen drinking a local opaque beer Chibuku on Saturday and left the bar for his home but surprisingly he was found hanging in the nearby bush.
The body of the late Sinyangwe is lying at Luwingu district hospital mortuary awaiting a postmortem before burial soon afterwards.
Meanwhile, Police have ruled out foul play in the death of Sinyangwe.
Church leaders should put much emphasis on the issue of unnecessary suicide that are taking place rampantly across the country and for different courses, some of which are known to be personal burning heart issue,anger,denying someone his or her right to persue certain things,landscaping,domestic violences and other seem remained unknown. So preachers should take concern on that matter.
