Acting President Guy Scott, Defence Minister Edgar Lungu, Home Affairs Minister Ngosa Simbyakula and former First Lady, Dr. Christine Kaseba and others have arrived at Mulungushi Rock of Authority and have gone to the VIP holding room for briefing.
A peaceful and cheerful atmosphere has engulfed the conference and people joking that it’s “raining peace”
At the main arena there is a roll call by provinces being done.
