KAMBWILI,KASOLO STORM ZNBC ORDERS REMOVAL OF CENTRAL COMMITTEE NEWS ITEMS HOLD REPORTERS UNDER SEIGE
Sports Minister Chishimba Kambwili and Anthony Kasolo stormed the public broadcaster and ordered the removal of video statements made by PF Chairperson Inonge Wina and her members numbering 27.
“How could you lead a story with suspended officials. Prominence should be given to the Acting President.”
And Acting President Guy Scott called Director of Programs Kenneth Maduma and threatened him with dismissal.
Kambwili who ordered that reporters remove the Inonge Wina statement refused to leave until the 21hrs news was aired.
“I know where the allegiance of this newsroom is. I will replace all of you. You are a stupid bunch. We reached a quorum but you decided to cover that woman and her bunch of criminals when they are suspended”
When Kenneth Maduma learnt of the fracas he walked in the newsroom.
Kambwili blasted and lambasted Maduma and dressed him down before his juniors.
“I am ordering you to remove the HH story. Are you Tongas here also supporting the UPND?” Kambwili raged.
The ZNBC News Bulletin at 21hrs removed the Inonge story and the story covering the UPND rally.
He also directed to issue a statement that ZNBC should run until tomorrow refuting the Inonge story.


ZNBC Management called the Police to help with the removal of Kambwili but the Police declined that they couldn’t arrest a Cabinet Minister.

Kambwili also accused ZNBC of working with Defence Minister and Justice Minister Edgar Lungu.

In the 19hrs Bulletin ZNBC covered PF Chairperson, Inonge Wina who announced that Guy Scott remained a suspended official . She also stated that the suspension of 16 officials was invalid as Scott himself remained a suspended official and could not therefore effect any suspension.

Hon Kambwili there is no difference between yo behaviour n that of Chanda Chimba and the group leave ZNBC alone yo days are numbered.Kasolo has been useless from the day he has been appointed in that office u can’t manipulte media houses let them report fairly.The cartel cannot ride over yo principles u are the people we thought u have moral alas u are Pathetic.If Scott thinks he is a gud leader why is he trying by all means to impose a leader people don’t want embrace EL and the camp and be transparency altogether.Then lastly only Lungu and Lubinda seem to have principle the rest of u aspiring candidates are a let down.I wish by God’s grace EL could go through n get rid of all of u,we have seen u are trying all means to silence him coz he is commanding national support unlike u guys.
