Sometime in January, 2014, you carried a story about my deportation from Zambia.

I have pleasure to hereby attach a copy of the judgement by Justice Lady Chisanga,  at the Zambian High Court which is self explanatory.

I know that due to your wide readership, this can help in correcting some of the wrong and malicious impressions created by the article that covered my deportation.

I am still in Zimbabwe, waiting for the Zambian authorities to assist by formalising my return.

Since January, 2014,  my wife and family have been alone in Zambia whilst I have been in Harare, waiting for the determination of my case.

Our businesses have suffered both financial and perception damage as a result of my removal from Zambia,  whilst the social as well as emotional effects on my family are unbearable.

I pray that you assist by writing a follow up article and hope you find time to read the 22 page judgement.
