A RECONCILIATION case turned sour in the Chilenje Local Court after a woman accused her mother- in- law of turning her into a bodyguard whenever the latter was having sex with her lovers.
“My mother in-law used to bring different men in the house and she would ask me to stand on the door so that I could lie to her other boyfriends that she was not around,” Naomi Manda, 23, revealed before senior court magistrate Sylvia Kabunda.
This was in a case in which Manda of Bauleni compound sued her husband Peter Maale for marriage reconciliation.
Manda further said she has had a sour relationship with her mother in-law because Maale told her that his mother had found another wife for him.
