Zambia National Team Coach Honour Janza has summoned 26 local players ahead of an International friendly match against Ivory Coast on October 25, 2014.
Janza urged all the players to camp on October 25 and commence preparations for the International friendly against Ivory Coast.
This is according to a statement issued to ZANIS Sports by Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) Communications Officer Nkweto Tembwe.
Zambia revives memories of the final 2012 Africa Cup of Nations when they take on former Chipolopolo trainer Herve Renard’s coached Ivory Coast at the New Heroes stadium in Lusaka.
Those called to camp are goalkeepers Danny Munyao, Satchmo Chakawa and Joshua Chitima.
Defenders are Christopher Munthali, Kapota Kayawe, Boyd Mukandawire, Alex Mwamba, Fackson Kapumbu, Adrian Chama, Nyambe Mulenga, Donashano Malama and Rodrick Kabwe.
Midfielders include Julius Situmbeko, Fwayo Tembo, Shadreck Malambo, Bruce Musakanya, Larry Bwalya, Spencer Sautu, Patrick Ngoma, Charles Zulu and Richard Kasonde.
Strikers are Humphrey Maseneko, Alex N’gonga, Ronald Kampamba, Given Sinyangwe and Chisenga Lukwembe.
