-Shiwang’andu District Commissioner (DC), Moses Katebe, has called developers in the country to invest in a number of sectors in the district.
Mr. Katebe assured that land is readily available for investment in sectors such as tourism, agriculture, banking and gas stations among others.
He said it is very important that investors work in collaboration with Government to change the face of the district in terms of development.
Mr Katebe said this in an interview with the Zambia News and Information Services (ZANIS) in Shiwang`andu today.
The DC noted that once such investments are established in the district, additional services besides government services will be brought close to the people in accordance with the PF manifesto on
decentralisation.
Meanwhile, stakeholders in Shiwang`andu district have expressed happiness with the amount of development taking place within a shortest period of time since the district was given a
district status.
Speaking on behalf of other stakeholders, Cindy Malama, told ZANIS in an interview that the ongoing works are impressive, saying all what government needs to do now is to curb the challenges of water and roads in the district to improve lives of people.
Unquestionably believe that which you said. Your
favorite justification appeared to be on the net the easiest thing to be aware of.
I say to you, I certainly get irked while people think about worries that they plainly don’t
know about. You managed to hit the nail upon the top and defined out the whole thing without having side effect , people could take a signal.
Will probably be back to get more. Thanks
