MILES SAMPA buys 10 taxis for youths of Matero

Matero Member of Parliament, MILES SAMPA has bought 10 taxis for youths of Matero using his gratuity from parliament. Mr SAMPA, who is also Commerce Deputy Minister, has since handed over the taxis to ten drivers, who were picked during a raffle draw. He says he decided to use 2 -Hundred and 50- thousand kwacha from his midterm gratuity to empower youths who will now have a startup capital for their businesses.
