UPND MP hails govt. for forming task force on illegal land allocation
Lusaka, June 25, 2014—United Party for National Development (UPND) Dundumwenze area Member of Parliament Edgar Singombe has praised government for setting up a task force to deal with matters relating to illegal land allocation in the country.
Mr Singombe said the forming up of the task force is long overdue.
He told ZANIS in an interview in Lusaka today that the mere forming up of the task force which will not be able to work will be annoyance to the Zambian people.
He stated that illegal land allocation in the country has been an order of the day where innocent people have been swindled huge amounts of money.
Mr Singombe urged the newly formed task-force to quickly move in and deal with the perpetrators of the vice.
Meanwhile has appealed to government to work on the Kalomo -Dundumwenze and Kaloma-Chikanta roads and other major roads.
