An 82 year old man of Ntumbi Village in Chief Kafwimbi‘s area in Isoka District in Muchinga Province has defiled a 12 year old girl of the same village.
Muchinga Province Police Deputy Commissioner Bonny Kapeso confirmed the incident to ZANIS today and has identified the suspect as Patson Sichone.
The Deputy Police Commissioner said the juvenile sustained bruises on her vagina while Sichone is currently in police custody and will appear in court soon.
Meanwhile a 15 year old boy of Kabanda village in Shiwangandu District has been charged with bestiality after he was caught having sex with a goat.
Mr Kapeso said the Juvenile was caught having canal knowledge of a goat at Chokwe Bwalya village yesterday.
The Juvenile has since been arrested and detained at Chinsali Police while the goat was also brought to the police as an exhibit and will be examined by medical officers soon.
