First Lady Dr. Christine Kaseba has been invited to attend this year’s 67th World Health Assembly in Geneva, Switzerland.

Dr. Kaseba is one of the two guest speakers invited at the World Health Assembly in her capacity as Global Goodwill Ambassador on Gender Based Violence for W.H.O.

World Health Organisation Representative Dr. Olusegun Babaniyi has told ZNBC that the Zambian First Lady will speak on gender based violence at the assembly.

Founder, technology advisor and board member of Microsoft Corporation Bill Gates has also been invited by the World Health Organisation in Geneva.

The World Health Assembly is the supreme decision making body of the WHO.

One hundred and ninety-four World Health Organisation Member States will meet in Geneva, Switzerland next week.
