United Party for National Development (UPND) President Hakainde Hichilema has charged that the Patriotic Front government has failed the Zambian workers.
Mr. Hichilema says the Patriotic Front should accept that they have no proper plan for the workers in the country.
He adds that the PF government has neglected workers in the private sector by failing to see to it that the minimum wage is adhered to by employees in the private sector.
Mr. Hichilema has since urged Zambians to wake up and stop living in denial that the Patriotic Front has failed to fulfill the promises it made prior to the 2011 general election.
He laments that the majority Zambians still cannot afford to meet their basic needs owing to meager salaries.
