Patriotic Front Secretary General Wynter Kabimba has called for mutual relationship between his party and the central government.
Speaking when he paid a courtesy call on Northern Province Permanent Secretary Hlobotha Nkunika, ahead of the 2014 Labor Day Commemorations, Mr Kabimba charged that there is no need to have friction between government and the ruling party.
He said the party is facing challenges in some areas where government officials are seemingly distancing themselves from party activities saying they are non-partisan.
Mr Kabimba who is also Justice Minister was quick to remind government officials that the two cannot be separated charging that they should work in tandem.
He added that the government is an agency of the party hence his call for the two work together.
