TELESPHORE MPUNDU urges media to initiate constitution dialogue

Lusaka Archbishop TELESPHORE MPUNDU has urged the media to initiate dialogue around the constitution making process. Archbishop MPUNDU says every Zambian should be given an opportunity in the media to add their views on the constitution making process until national consensus is achieved. He says the media is better placed to promote dialogue. However Archbishop MPUNDU has acknowledged that no constitution is perfect adding that the making of the supreme law of the land is a political process requiring everyone to be given a chance to talk about it.
