Chief Mibenge of the Ushi speaking people of Luapula province has praised government for the various developmental projects taking place in the province.
Chief Mibenge says the construction of major roads and the installation of telecommunication towers in the province is a demonstration of government’s commitment to develop the province and the country as a whole.
He said the construction of the towers will greatly improve the living conditions of his subjects.

Chief Mibenge who spoke through Chief Chisunka praised the Patriotic Front (PF) government for delivering according to its campaign promises prior to the 2011 elections.
Chief Mibenge also said the construction of various secondary schools in the province will greatly assist in reducing early pregnancies among teenage girls.
