Govt. condemns the brutal killing in Gwembe District
Lusaka, March20,2014 ZANIS—- Government says it condemns the brutal murder of 89 year old Ms Nomai Siabusiku of Simunda village in Gwembe District.
Information and Broadcasting Services minister Joseph Katema says the killing of the aged woman was uncalled for .
He called the act as illegal, inhuman and intolerable which should not go unpunished.
He wished the family condolences and sympathized with the residents of Simunda village on the cruel and barbaric killing of the defenseless woman.
Dr. Katema however reiterated Government’s commitment to ensure the safety and security of the citizens are upheld and protected at all times.
