Opposition united party for national development (UPND) information and publicity secretary Robert Liswamo has observed that the reshuffles that president Michael Sata has made in his cabinet are an indirect way of firing some of his ministers.

Mr. Liswamo says this is why some ministers like the new government spokesperson, Dr. Joseph Katema should be careful because he allegedly has no qualities of being a government spokesperson.

and Mr. Liswamo has further observed that such continued reshuffles in his cabinet could be an indication that president Sata is allegedly tired of working with people who cannot perform and that reshuffling is the one clever way of getting rid of them.

Mr. Liswamo notes that such reshuffles of taking certain ministers to ministries where they allegedly do not have an idea of running could just be an indication that the head of state is also allegedly setting traps for some of his ministers.

The UPND information and publicity secretary has predicted that the next step the president will allegedly take is to accuse some of his cabinet ministers of nonperforming and consequently fire them.
