Newly elected Katuba Member of Parliament Jonas Shakafuswa has charged that there is a vacuum of leadership in government.
Making his maiden speech in Parliament today following his election, Mr Shakafuswa accused the PF government of maladministration in the manner they are running the affairs of the country.
He says his election is a wake-up call to the Patriotic Front government by the people of Katuba that Zambians will make choices and decisions.
Mr Shakafuswa states that the PF government should not use their alleged inefficiencies to run the country down.
He further accused the Patriotic front of trying to use violence to silence the Zambian people pointing to the violence perpetrated by PF cadres during the Katuba by-election.
