The Press Association of Zambia (PAZA) has challenged the media to take a step further in upholding objectivity and professionalism in order to take the media industry to another level.
PAZA president Andrew Sakala has told Qfm News in an interview that it is worrying to see how much work still remains to be done to ensure that journalists are objectivity in their reporting.
Mr. Sakala explains that it is sad that Journalists are failing to be objective in their reporting thereby denting name of the media industry.
He says it is high time Journalists begun to be proud of their profession by being accurate objective and factual in their reporting.
Mr. Sakala has however paid tribute to community radio stations and some private media houses for the good work they are doing in upholding media ethics.
