Mr. Mushota says this will be made possible in collaboration with contractors that have jobs with Road Development Agency (ZDA).
Mr. Mushota has told Qfm news in an interview that the NCC also intends to target about 600 young people to be trained in the area of fixing.
And Mr. Mushota has observed that one challenge that his council is currently facing is lack of equipment such as graders, front loaders, rollers, and excavators used in the construction industry to use in practical training purposes.
Mr. Mushota says it is this lack of such equipment that limits council to train more people.
He however notes that he will be engaging government to see whether it may consider providing even just one set of the said needed equipment for practical training.
