Speaking during the launch of the ‘WINA BIG’ Promotion in Lusaka today, Ms Lumpa says Airtel’s strategy is to showcase a continuous commitment to enhancing the lives of the customers through delivering a quantitative customer experience through innovative product and services.
Ms. Lumpa states that through the promotion, Airtel will be giving away educational support of K10, 000 for the school fees for two winners weekly, ten daily winners of K100 each, one winner every week will have a fully paid for trip in June to watch the 2014 World Cup in Brazil and three winners of a house each.
She adds that the company is will to provide the fastest data speeds, quality coverage and voice services across the country and beyond boarders in line with their group policy of ‘One Airtel’.
