Kaoma, Jan 10/14——-Senior Chief Amukena of Kaoma District in Western Province has called for concerted efforts between traditional leaders and civil servants if meaningful development was to be achieved.

And Mr Malupenga has called for partnership in the resolution of problems in the area, adding that his office will interact much more with traditional leaders in sharing both problems and successes.
