Opposition United Party for National Development (UPND) Kaoma central Member of Parliament Carlos Antonio has charged that Patriotic Front members in his constituency are behaving like wild animals.
Mr. Antonio has told QFM News that he has a huge challenge in working with members of the ruling party in developing the constituency.
He wonders why the PF members in Kaoma are derailing developmental projects which are for the benefit of the everyone regardless of political affiliation.
The Lawmaker points out that the release of three hundred million kwacha by the Ministry of Local Government and Housing meant for the installation of street lights in Kaoma District has brought about confusion between his office and the PF members.
He says the PF members are busy fighting to derail the project.
Mr. Antonio says the PF members vowed that they will fight any developmental project initiated by him because he comes from the opposition.
