MIKE Mulongoti says his ambition to be republican Vice-President caused then President Rupiah Banda to hound him out of the MMD.
Mr Mulongoti, who is now president of the rather nondescript People’s Party (PP), said having helped Mr Banda win the 2008 presidential elections as his campaign manager, he deserved to be Vice-President.
