Anti Voters Apathy Project (AVAP) Executive Director, Richwell Mulwani, has observed that the continued violent protests by Patriotic Front (PF) cadres will affect the performance of party in the forthcoming Mansa Central Parliamentary by-election.
Mr. Mulwani has told QFM News that for as long as the PF top leadership continues to condone the violence by their cadres, there is no doubt that people would not vote for them.
Mr. Mulwani says his organization does not see the PF winning all the scheduled by-elections because voters will not want to associate themselves with a part that is violent.
He feels that the PF has a lot of work to do in Mansa Central ahead of the by-election next week as they have lost confidence in the eyes of the electorate following the violent activities the party has perpetrated in Lusaka which has a bearing on country.
