Opposition Alliance for Democracy and Development (ADD) leader Charles Milupi has accused First Republican President Dr. Kenneth Kaunda of obliterating the Barotseland history the reason why it is not in the Zambian school Syllabus.
Mr. Milupi adds that the issue of the Barotseland Agreement of 1964 can never be stopped and will never go away.
He says this is because the Agreement forms part of the foundation of Zambia’s independence.
Mr. Milupi has maintained that the Patriotic Front (PF) government should not bury its head in the sand over the issue.
