People’s Party President, Mike Mulongoti, has urged the ruling Patriotic Front (PF) to stop the infighting in order to avoid going for early elections.
Mr. Mulongoti says there is need for PF top leadership to accept each other’s weaknesses if they have to survive beyond 2016 or they risk surrendering power to the opposition.
Mr. Mulongoti notes that attacks on each other by senior party members is an indication of the disorganization that has rocked the ruling party.
The PP leader notes that the PF has recorded a number of internal fights during the two years they have been in power.
