Shipolopolos drop two points FIFA ranking
Lusaka, June 21st , 2013, ZANIS—The Zambia Women National Football Team has dropped two places on both on the latest FIFA /Coca -Cola World and the Confederation of African Football (CAF) rankings respectively.
Zambia has dropped 2 places from 112 to 114 in the world and 16 to 18th position in Africa.
This is according to FIFA.Com and monitored by ZANIS Sports in Lusaka today,
USA is still top in the world ahead of Germany and Japan, followed by Brazil, Sweden, and France closing the top five list.
Nigeria leads African teams on number 32 on the world rankings followed by Cameroun on 48, Ghana on 49, and South Africa on 51 and Equatorial Guinea closing the last top five Africa teams list on the world rankings on number 52.
In the African continent Nigeria is still top followed by Cameron, Ghana, South Africa, Equatorial Guinea, Cote Devoir, Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt and Senegal closing the last top ten lists.
