The Media Institute for Southern Africa (MISA) Zambia has said it is saddened with the death of media practitioner Christopher Zulu, also commonly known as Chris Mongri from Muvi Television station.
MISA Zambia Chairperson Nalumino Nalumino said the institute is saddened by the demise of yet another media worker following the deaths of Mr Kangwa Mulenga of Zambia Daily Mail and Brian Malambo of Sky FM.
Mr Nalumino said Mr Zulu was one of the best Sound Engineers MUVI TV has ever had through his willingness to share his knowledge.
In a statement to ZANIS in Lusaka today, Mr Nalumino said it was the prayer of MISA Zambia that Mr Zulu’s legacy is preserved by emulating his conduct exhibited during his life.
He said while the media fraternity, the country and the family mourns Mr Zulu it was important to celebrate his life and achievements.
He encouraged the family of the deceased to take comfort in God as they go through this tough period.
