–Traditional leaders and the local authority in Senanga district have been asked to expedite the identification of the administration centre for the newly created Nalolo district.
The call was made by Local Government and Housing Deputy Minister, Forrie Tembo, in Senanga over the weekend when he met council workers at Senanga District Council.
Mr Tembo said the two parties should also ensure that no boundary wrangles arise during determination of the boundary for the newly established district.
He said disputes will only serve to delay the establishment of the District.
The deputy minister said the wish of government is to see the new districts begin to function as soon as possible so that services are delivered closer to the people.
