The Zambia Volleyball Association (ZAVA) says that it will in the next two weeks disclose the select team to represent the country in the forthcoming Junior and Youths Under -21 and Under -19 Beach Volleyball tournament in Namibia.
ZANIS reports that Zambia Volleyball Association General Secretary Charles Hambote disclosed the development in an interview, today.
Hambote explained that by Mid February the select team to represent Zambia in the Under- 21 and Under-19 Beach Volleyball tournament will get into camp.
He expressed his optimism that the team to be picked will be of credible quality and hopes the best for the team.
The ZAVA General Secretary said that the association is currently scouting for funds to get the team prepared for the Championship.
He however could not disclose how much moneys are required to assist the Beach Volleyball team select financially.
Hambote added that on Monday he will issue a comprehensive statement regarding how much money has been raised and still needed for the team to go to camp.
The Junior and Youths Under -21 and Under -19 Beach Volleyball tournament is slated for February 20 to February 26 next month and is to be hosted by neighbouring Namibia
