Longwe testified before High Court Judge Sharon Newa that on the fateful night, she found her husband sleeping on the couch in the living room with a gun next to him.
She explained that a quarrel ensued with her husband and the two struggled for the firearm which accidentally went off twice killing her husband.
Longwe said she was drunk and in a state of confusion on the fateful night after drinking Castle lite and shots of Jameson whisky the whole night.
