THE Matero Local Court heard how a housewife of Lusaka sued for divorce because she believed her husband’s girlfriend bewitched her.
ELizabeth Mwamba, 34, sued Rabson Mutambo, 40, before senior local court magistrates Lewis Mumba and Pauline Newa.
The couple of Chazanga township have been married for 18 years and have four children together. Bride price was paid.

According to Mwamba, problems in their marriage started in 2004, “at the time we had two children in 2004, he impregnated a woman from our church. I could not stand the humiliation and moved out to live with my mother on the Copperbelt. However, we later reconciled”.
Mwamba told the court that even after reconciling Mutambo could keep late hours
