The Road Transport and Safety Agency-RTSA- has warned of severe punishment for any of its officers involved in the illegal issuance of driver’s licenses.

Chief Executive Officer Zindaba Soko says any officer implicated in corrupt practices will be severely punished as the agency has implemented a strict code of conduct that clearly defines penalties for erring workers.

Mr Soko has also cautioned members of the public against engaging middle men who masquerade as RTSA officers to acquire documents on their behalf.

Mr. Soko was speaking in an interview with ZNBC news.
