Patriotic Front-PF Deputy Secretary General Mumbi Phiri says the law should take its course on suspected United Party for National Development-UPND cadres who attacked Vice President Inonge Wina’s family in Nalolo Constituency-Western Province.
Ms Phiri has called on the police to ensure that the culprits are arrested.
She says has described the attack on the Vice-President’s family as barbaric and an act of political hooliganism.
Ms Phiri told ZNBC news in Lusaka today that Zambians should properly scrutinize those scrambling for power in 2016 -general elections, following the violent nature of some political parties.
She alleged that the UPND has failed to form government due to among other reason its political violent nature.
Some suspected UPND cadres on the weekend attacked Inonge Wina’s family in NALOLO Constituency-Western Province.
The suspected UPND cadres allegedly smashed the windows of Ms Wina’s house in Nalolo forcing the relatively to flee.
