She told the court that Simwanza started beating her and that at one time he took her to his colored girlfriend to be introduced but a fierce fight ensued and Sibalwa ended up at a police station.

Sibalwa further stated that in 2013 she differed with Simwanza because she found a used condom in the pocket of his trousers.

“Simwanza was masturbating in my presence and he was talking to his girlfriends. When he comes home I find that his pubic hair is shaved,” said Sibalwa.

He explained that in 2013 he met the colored lady on his way to Nakonde for business and that she became his business partner.
Simwanza admitted impregnatingf a grade ten pupil but Sibalwa did not want a child.
