Its not over, I will appeal to the Supreme court-GBM

UNITED PARTY FOR NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT-UPND VICE-PRESIDENT FOR ADMINISTRATION, GEOFFREY MWAMBA HAS RETALIATED THAT HE WILL APPEAL AGAINST THE LUSAKA HIGH COURT’S REJECTION OF HIS APPLICATION TO STAY SPEAKER OF NATIONAL ASSEMBLY PATRICK MATIBINI’S RULING TO EXPEL HIM FROM THE HOUSE.
In an interview with Mano News via phone from Lusaka today, Mr. Mwamba popularly known as GBM stated that he is unhappy with the out-come of his appeal and as such he will appeal to the Supreme Court.

GBM had applied for an order for stay of execution of Dr. Matibini’s ruling and wanted the court to restrain the Speaker of National Assembly from expelling him from the position of MP for Kasama Central constituency.
On July 28, 2015; Speaker of National Assembly, Patrick Matibini declared the Kasama Central parliamentary seat vacant on account that Geoffrey Mwamba had joined the UPND, as the constitution does not provide for dual party membership.
