Chief Government Spokesperson says Government will in the next cabinet seating table the newly increased road traffic fines.

Mr. Kambwili who is also Information Minister has told journalist in Lusaka that this is a move meant to create a win-win situation for both government and the public.

He says Government has heard the outcry of the people following the announcement of the upward adjustment of road traffic fines.

The Zambia Police Service on September 21,2015 increased fees and fines for all offences and services.

Police Spokesperson Charity Chanda said the adjustments included traffic fines.

But the decision attracted public outcry with some people warning that the hike in traffic fines would only promote more corruption among traffic officers.
