Mr. Kabwe has regretted the rise in mine accidents at Mopani adding that the latest accident could have been avoided if safety practices were observed.

  1. We’ve been telling u to employ us so tht we cn provide fresh ideas as occupational safety and health environment diploma holders

  2. The spate of accidents are an indicator of loopholes in the entire system in the company. Right from personnel that shotlists applications to the shotlisted, eventually, employed. Then through into the business players ie sups, engineers, foremen, shift bosses, artisans, safety officers etc. Systems are there but for pressure, shortcuts, innexperience etc.
