UNZA’s Graduate School of Business launched

Government has called on the University of Zambia-UNZA- to quickly re-position itself as the leader in the provision of higher education ahead of the institution’s Jubilee Celebrations next year.

And the Commonwealth Youth Development Centre, which will house the newly launched Graduate School of Business at UNZA will soon be availed.

 

Education Minister Michael Kaingu announced the development in Lusaka on Monday during the launch of UNZA’s Graduate School of Business.

Dr   Kaingu has persuaded UNZA -Management to do everything possible for the Graduate School of Business to be a beacon of Post-Graduate Education.

He said this in a speech read on his behalf by Education Deputy Minister Sydney Mushanga during the launch of UNZA’s Graduate School of Business.

 

At the same function UNZA Council Chairperson Namucana Musiwa said the UNZA’s Graduate School of Business will enable students to meet the expectations of industry.

And UNZA Acting Vice Chancellor Professor Enala Tembo Mwase said the Graduate School of Business is a launch pad for the institution to offer an array of careers.

The UNZA- Graduate School of Business becomes the 10th School at the institution and will be offering post graduate business courses.
