Home Affairs Minister Davies Mwila has directed Provincial Police Commissioners to quickly implement the ban on the parking of private motor vehicles at Police stations.

Mr Mwila has warned that he will not take kindly to police officers cashing in on private motor vehicles.

The Minister who conducted an on the spot check at three police stations last night says he is disappointed to find individual cars still parking at police stations.

Mr Mwila who was accompanied by his Deputy Minister Panji Kunda and Lusaka Police Commissioner Charity Katanga says his directive must enforced without delay.

Last week, Mr Mwila banned the use of police premises as fee paying car ports-ZNBC
