Zambia Youth Association in the Fight Against Corruption (ZYAFAC) has appealed to the Anti Corruption Commission (ACC) to consider instituting fresh investigations against Sports Minister Chishimba Kambwili and Pambashe Member of Parliament Ronald Chitotela who have been cleared of corruption on the basis of lack of sufficient evidence and unsubstantiated allegations.
ZYAFAC Executive Director Rickson Kanema has told Qfm news that his organization is not satisfied with the outcome of the investigations pertaining to the duo.
Mr. Kanema notes that the ACC has taken too long to probe the two leaving people with more questions than answers over the criteria of the investigations.
Mr Kanema says the ACC can only inspire confidence in the public if it begins to reposition itself and work professionally.
