opposition Alliance for Better Zambia Leader, Fr Frank Bwalya says the firing of Wynter Kabimba as Minister of Justice and party Secretary General has been long overdue.
Fr Bwalya accused Wynter of being in the forefront of blocking the enactment of the new constitution.
He has since expressed confidence that the PF government will enact the new constitution.
Meanwhile, the Operation Young Vote-OYV says the firing of Wynter Kabimba as Justice Minister and party Secretary General has ended a very haze and terrible season of the country’s constitution making process.
OYV Executive Director Guess Nyirenda has since expressed confidence that the appointment of Edgar Lungu as Justice Minister will bring new hope to the constitution making process.
Mr Nyirenda who described the newly appointed Justice Minister as a sober and socially understanding person said he is confident that Mr Lungu will adhere to the demands of the people regarding the new constitution.
He added that the newly appointed PF Secretary General will consider re -unifying the country.
