Nakonde District Commissioner, James Singoyi, has described the death of Nakonde District Information Officer, Jason Aram Ngoma, as a loss to the  media fraternity.
Mr Singoyi said the entire Nakonde District Administration and workforce are saddened by the untimely demise of Mr Ngoma.
He said Mr Ngoma has left a big gap in the district, province and the nation at large which will be difficult to fill.
And Muchinga Province Permanent Secretary, Bwalya Ng’ansu, said Mr Ngoma was a dedicated employee whose demise is untimely and will be missed by the media fraternity as he contributed positively to cover developmental and other current affairs issues for the district.
Dr Ngandu said this in a speech read on his behalf by Muchinga Province executive officer Hustings Nyirenda today at Leopards Hill Memorial Park in Lusaka during the burial service of Mr Ngoma.
Mr Ngoma served as Nakonde District Information Officer in Muchinga Province under the Zambia news and information services ZANIS in the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting Services from last year to the time of his death.

He passed away last Saturday at the Levy Mwanawasa general Hospital after an illness.
