It takes nothing but a team with passion, commitment that you undertake such projects to just serve the community of Kalomo. So it was from that front that our C.E.O pledged a donation o f K50,000 on behalf of the bank which will go towards the completion of the theatre.” Mrs Matamwandi Said.

Mrs. Matamwandi requested the mission management to ensure that the donation made by Finance Bank Zambia Limited will go towards the roofing of the theatre which will be the first of its kind in Kalomo district. Currently, patients in Kalomo district seeking medical attention are required to travel to Choma or Livingstone General Hospital districts for surgery.

“This donation could not come any other time than this time when we are busy trying to extend the horizon of our service delivery especially in the health sector. The cry for health services is very critical and important in this country and I think the government has a philosophy of taking health services as close to the grassroots as possible and so this is where Namwianga Mission comes in to compliment the efforts government.” Mr. Phiri Said.
