Chinsali Juvenile pleads not guilty against his bestiality charge

A 15 year old boy of Chokwe Bwalya Village in Shiwangandu District of Muchinga Province has pleaded guilty to having canal knowledge of a goat.

ZANIS reports that the juvenile  appeared before the Chinsali Magistrate court  charged with one count of unnatural offence contrary to section 155 sub section B of the Laws of Zambia.

Details of the matter are that on 19th May 2014 the juvenile did have canal knowledge of a goat at Chokwe Bwalya village.

The Juvenile said he did not Know what came into him to commit such an act.

Magistrate Shadreck Chanda has however adjourned the matter to 30th June 2014 to give more time to the Social Welfare Department to follow up the matter.
