MAYUKA ON TARGET FOR SOCHAUX

Chipolopolo forward Emmanuel Mayuka came off the bench to secure maximum points for Sochaux to keep their hopes of surviving relegation alive in a 2-1 away victory over Stade Rennes on Saturday.
Ghana international Jordan Ayew scored the opening goal at the Stade Route de la Lorient in the 33rd minute while Mayuka came off the bench in the 76th minute to restore their lead a minute later after Madiba Ntep had equalised for the hosts.
Sochaux will survive relegation if they defeat Evian in their final match of the season.
Renard’s team in 18th on 40 points is a point adrift Evian in 17th.
