Coach George Lwandamina says he is not shocked with Red Arrows decision to suspend him from his duties.

Arrows dropped Lwandamina from the bench on Friday citing poor performance during his three-and-half year stay with the Airmen.
Lwandamina told MTNFootball.com that he is staying on at Arrows despite the development.
“No I am not shocked at all because I know as a coach when you get your appointment letter from the right hand you expect the disappointment letter from the other,” Lwandamina said.
His suspension comes exactly two months after guiding Arrows to their first Barclays Cup triumph to make up for finishing 4th in the 2013 league season.
“I am still an employee of the Zambia Air Force. They will be paying me, I will be drawing my salary and will continue enjoying whatever I was enjoying but the only thing is that I cannot coach the club until they decide on the next course of action,” Lwandamina said.
Lwandamina joined Arrows in 2010 midway through that season after parting ways with Kabwe Warriors to save the Lusaka club from demotion when they finished in 8th place.
Arrows later finished 2nd in 2011 and 4th in 2012.
