Former central MMD MP resigns to join ruling PF

Former Central Province MMD provincial secretary Roy Mulenga has resigned from the former ruling party to join the patriotic front (pf)

In a statement to Qfm news Mr Mulenga says he feels safe and confident that president Michael Sata and the PF government will move Zambia out of economical problems the country has been.

Mr Mulenga adds that he has been attracted to join the ruling party because of the way things are going especially that within a short time PF has been in government a lot of development has taken place.

He explains that it is just important that all Zambians support the ruling party by giving president Sata and his government unwavering loyalty so that his government can deliver to the expectations of the people

Mr. Mulenga has also appealed to pf leadership to wholeheartedly welcome those joining the party from other political parties so that they could also contribute effectively to the growth of PF.
